Our color services are priced on an a la carte basis meaning they do not include a blow dry. This is an available service to add on to your color appointment.

Yes! Just take a glance at the base of our mirrors. We have the log in info provided for you for easy access.

Our most regularly used color line is Redken. On occasion we will offer a different color line if it helps us achieve the results you are looking for. Just ask before the day of your service.

Surface, Redken, Olaplex, Sebastian & Kenra are products we keep in stock for retail. We are happy to let you know we offer online purchases of many other product lines at no extra cost to you. You can easily access this page on our website for easy purchases from the comfort of your own home.

We highly recommend Olaplex Or K18. These helps to repair all broken bonds in your hair, giving it a healthier feel from the inside out. Olaplex is a quick service offered in the salon as well as a take home product.

Every appointment is specially reserved for you!  As a courtesy to Blu Lotus and waiting clients, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice.  If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no worries . . we know things happen and it’s on us!  But… please kindly respect the time of our service providers.  Last-minute cancellations and no-shows hurt two ways.  We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Due to the relaxing nature of the Blu Lotus experience, we respectfully request children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service. Thank you for understanding.

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve appointments that are 3 hours or longer. (Ex: smoothing services, corrective color, Balayage, hair extensions, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

We strive to choose the best products to help you maintain the health of your hair and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. We will gladly share knowledge on how to use any products we offer. We appreciate your support of our small business.

All Stylists at Blu Lotus Salon delight themselves in providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. Although we do not issue refunds on Salon services we want you to be a happy and loyal client.  Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will have you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected and we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. One primary goal is to have happy customers who rave about their hair!
